Volunteer

God Pursued is not only about what we receive, but also about what we are willing to give. Through serving, caring, and showing up for those in need, we have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of love in action. Whether you can give your time, resources, skills, or support, your willingness to serve can help make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

Volunteer opportunities will be planned based on the needs we see, the donations we receive, and the resources available at that time. There may not be a specific order to the volunteer activities, but the heart behind each one will remain the same: to serve with love, compassion, and purpose. As God Pursued continues to grow, the goal is to complete at least one volunteer outreach day by the end of the year.

Future Opportunities

Identify activities and areas of interest you would like to serve in. Then complete the form. You will be notified when opportunities arise.

  • Feeding the Unhoused Community – Help prepare, serve, pack, or distribute food.

  • Care Package Outreach – Help assemble and hand out care packages to the unhoused.

  • Clothing Drive Support – Help collect, sort, organize, promote, and distribute donated clothing.

  • Provide a Service – Offer a skill or service such as barbering, cosmetology, braiding, counseling, and more.

  • Event Setup & Breakdown – Help prepare the space, organize supplies, greet volunteers, and clean up.

  • Wherever I’m Needed – Serve wherever support is needed most.

Areas of Interest

New Member Welcome Team – Welcome new women into the God Pursued family and help them feel included.

Follow-Up Care Team – Check in on women after prayer requests, gatherings, or outreach events.

Prayer Partner Support – Pray one-on-one with women who may need encouragement, support, or prayer.

Gathering Prayer Support – Pray before, during, or after God Pursued gatherings and events.

Teach Bible Study - Help lead Bible study sessions, guide discussion, and encourage women to grow in God’s word.
